About Conservation Corrugate

Peterboro’s Conservation Corrugate has been specifically manufactured as a backing board to be used in preservation and conservation environments. Its primary market is custom picture framing, aimed at safeguarding artwork from degradation and damage. Additionally, it finds applications in museums, libraries, and other institutions where preserving artifacts, documents, or sensitive materials for the long term is of crucial importance.

Why are we introducing this?

There is a growing segment of the framing community that are looking for an environmentally friendly replacement for their current “acid free” foamboard. They are decerning, quality conscious, concerned about the environment and the polluting effects of single use plastics.
